Located on the northern slope of the Grand Mesa in GMU 421, Colorado KD Bar Ranches offers almost 1300 acres of private land exclusively for your next hunting adventure. Four prominent creeks, ample grass meadows, and heavily wooded Aspen, Pine and Oakbrush provide the perfect high elevation terrain for big game populations.

Big Game Species

Offering big game hunting including Mule Deer, Elk, Black Bear and Moose. Sharing a border with Grand Mesa National Forest for over two and a half miles on our south side, and a large lake on our north, creates an ideal location for taking home your next trophy.

Elk Camp Cabin

Rest comfortably in our 325 square foot cabin with a 2000W solar generator and wood fireplace. Complete with furnishings including: lighting, two burner cook stove, fully stocked utility kitchen, table & chairs, 6 large beds (excluding pillows and linens), enclosed outdoor picnic area, sink and shower with hot water heater (600 gallons potable water during Archery and 1st Rifle Seasons).
